Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation Hosts 2nd Annual Regional Hiring Event on July 30
Copperas Cove, TX — The Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Regional Hiring Event, taking place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Copperas Cove Civic Center (1206 W Ave B.)
Part of the EDC’s Hire Cove initiative, this regional hiring event is designed to empower job seekers by connecting them directly with regional employers offering high-wage, in-demand career opportunities. After a strong turnout in 2024 with 55 employers and 400 registered job seekers, the 2025 event is projected to draw between 60+ employers and 450–600 job seekers.
“This event is more than a job fair—it’s a community initiative to strengthen our local workforce and connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities,” said Brittany Sanders, Workforce Development Specialist for the Copperas Cove EDC.

Free professional headshots by Council Member Rita Hogan of Rita Hogan Photography from 10 AM to 12 PM
Networking opportunities for both employers and job seekers
Supportive resources from organizations including Texas Workforce Solutions, Texas Veterans Commission, American Veterans Mission, CenTex SHRM, Major Talent and others
Laptop giveaway for eligible job seekers (must complete a survey, attend the event, and bring a resume to enter drawing)
