Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation Hosts 3rd Annual Regional Hiring Event on July 29
Copperas Cove, TX — The Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) is proud to announce its 3rd Annual Regional Hiring Event, taking place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Copperas Cove Civic Center (1206 W Ave B.)

Part of the EDC’s Hire Cove initiative, this regional hiring event is designed to empower job seekers by connecting them directly with regional employers offering high-wage, in-demand career opportunities. After the largest local turnout in 2025 with 717 registered job seekers, the 2026 event is projected to draw between 60+ employers and 750-800 job seekers.
“This event is more than a job fair—it’s a community initiative to strengthen our local workforce and connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities,” said Brittany Sanders, Workforce Development Specialist for the Copperas Cove EDC.

Laptop giveaway for eligible job seekers (must complete a survey, attend the event, and bring a resume to enter drawing)
