Workforce and Employee Training Support

CCEDC collaborates with regional workforce partners, community colleges, and training providers to help employers build and retain a skilled workforce. Assistance may include identifying customized training opportunities or connecting businesses to local, state, and regional workforce programs.

Texas also offers several employer-focused training resources, including Skills Development Fund programs, small business training support, and veteran-focused workforce initiatives.
