Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation Agreements

The Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation is a Type A corporation funded by a ¼ cent sales tax. CCEDC can partner with eligible projects through a variety of tools that support job creation and capital investment.

Incentives may include participation in infrastructure improvements, assistance with land or site development, build-to-suit opportunities, and performance-based financial assistance. Incentives are evaluated individually and may support building improvements, fixed equipment, workforce-related costs, or relocation expenses when tied to measurable economic outcomes.
