Business Improvement Grant

The Business Improvement Grant helps local businesses and property owners invest in visible, long-term improvements to their commercial properties. Eligible applicants can receive a reimbursement grant covering up to 50 percent of project costs, with a maximum award of $5,000.

The program supports improvements on exterior projects such as building facades, signage, and site enhancements that improve appearance and functionality. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and require applicants to pay project costs up front and complete the work before reimbursement.
